HDOT is currently studying the impacts of widening of the eastbound H-1 Freeway between Waikele and Halawa as a potential congestion management project for the corridor. Should the project be undertaken, project limits would be between mile markers 7.3 to 14.8, an approximate distance of 8 miles. HDOT is seeking public input on the proposed alternatives for this project through the featured survey.
