HDOT is proposing a multi-modal connection between Whitmore Village and Wahiawa Town as identified in the 1994 Wahiawa Town Master Plan, the proposed 2016 Central Oahu Sustainable Communities Plan, and the 2019 Central Oahu Transportation Plan.
